Golden State Flying Club will be holding an Instrument Ground School starting on Monday, September 12, 2016, and will meet every Monday & Wednesday nights from 7:00 p.m. – 9:20 p.m. for 8 weeks.

The cost for the Instrument Ground School course is $395 + books. This is one of the best deals around, because most flight schools in San Diego County charge $600-$700 for this same course.

If you are currently instrument rated, and would like a refresher course, the cost is 50% off regular price. Previous students can repeat the course free of charge for up to 5 years from the original sign-up date for the course.

I had personally taken this course several years ago, and found it helpful to understand the concepts of instrument flying. Because of this course, I was able to achieve a high score on my instrument pilot knowledge test.
